Grant Writing Workshop with Dr Tracey Callinan

Looking to strengthen your grant writing skills and improve your chances of securing funding?

Western Riverina Arts is pleased to host a practical grant writing workshop with Tracey Callinan, Chief Executive Officer of Regional Arts NSW, who brings deep expertise in grant writing, funding strategy and arts leadership.

With a proven track record of successfully raising millions of dollars for arts and cultural organisations, Dr Callinan has decades of hands-on experience securing government, philanthropic and partnership funding. In this workshop, she will share practical, real-world insights into what makes grant applications stand out — and succeed.

Currently leading Regional Arts NSW, Tracey joined the organisation in 2022 after 13 years as Executive Director of Arts OutWest. Her career also includes senior roles at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music and Arts Council England, alongside extensive experience working across both regional and metropolitan arts sectors.

Tracey holds a PhD from Charles Sturt University, as well as a Master of Music (Music Education) and a Bachelor of Music Education from the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, part of the University of Sydney.

Whether you're an artist, creative practitioner, arts worker or community organisation, this workshop will provide valuable guidance on navigating the grant writing process with confidence.
