Ensemble Theatre Connections
Western Riverina Arts and Griffith Regional Theatre invite aspiring theatre-makers to apply for an exciting development opportunity with Sydney based theatre company – Ensemble.
This program is designed to inspire and develop the next generation of theatre talent, giving young people a real-world insight into the creative and professional aspects of making theatre.
Two participants from our region will be invited to attend the performance of “The Queen’s Nanny”, a play by Melanie Tait, at Griffith Regional Theatre on Tuesday 8 July 2025. They will have opportunities to meet with the creative team and undertake a backstage tour, as well as enjoying the performance.
They will also receive on-line professional development from Ensemble production members, and will then be invited to visit Ensemble Theatre in Sydney where they will see first-hand over two days the making of a production and learn more about theatre-making as well as attending a performance.
People residing in Local Government Areas of Griffith, Leeton, Murrumbidgee & Narrandera aged 16-24 are invited to apply for this opportunity.
