Regional & Remote Music Summit 2025
With grant support from Sound NSW, Executive Director Aanya Whitehead attended the second national Regional and Remote Music Summit in July 2025 with 250+ Australian music leaders gathered on Bundjalung Country, Byron Bay.
With Aanya participating in a series of round tables, the Summit provided a comprehensive program of talks, panels and presentations on strengthening regional music ecosystems. Its platform was to share knowledge and foster collaboration and development of new regional and national networks.
The 2025 Summit was hosted by MusicNSW and supported by Music Australia and Sound NSW.
