Current Create NSW funding available

There are currently several rounds of Create NSW funding opportunities available for projects  initiated by NSW-based arts and cultural organisations, NSW professional artists and arts/cultural workers across a wide range of artforms and disciplines.

The 2018/19 Arts and Cultural Development Program Guidelines give all the information needed about the available funding, eligibility and how to apply. Be sure to read the Guidelines carefully before applying as each funding category has special eligibility requirements.

Funding rounds that are now open:

Aboriginal Artist Quick Response grants: This program supports professional and market development opportunities for NSW Aboriginal artists and arts/cultural workers.

Artist Support Quick Response grants: This program supports time-sensitive professional development opportunities for NSW-based professional artists and arts/cultural workers.

Artform Fellowships for emerging artists: This program supports NSW artists, practitioners, and arts/cultural workers to undertake self-directed professional development programs or significant opportunities to support their personal creative and career advancement.

Regional arts touring grants: This program supports projects that provide access to arts and culture for audiences living in regional NSW. Funding is available for tours fo all artforms, including performing arts, music, visual arts, literature, history, museums and multi-arts.

Grants for organisations: This funding category supports NSW-based organisations towards the costs of delivering arts and cultural programs.

RANSW Country Arts Support Program (CASP): small grants for community-based arts and cultural projects. 

Regional Cultural Fund Round 2: The Regional Cultural Fund was established by the NSW Government to support the development of cultural infrastructure in regional NSW that enables bold, exciting and diverse arts and cultural activities.
