EOI's for stall holders - Yanco Ag HS Gala Day
Yanco Agricultural High School is seeking expressions of interest from stall holders for their Annual Gala Day on Saturday 17th March 2018.
This major annual fundraiser is a grand affair with families, friends, staff, community and general public gathering on the lawn of the McCaughey Mansion and surrounds. With a history steeped in agricultural education YAHS provides a great opportunity for an enjoyable day including Devonshire Tea served from the mansion, guided tours, student lead activities for all ages, shearing competition, BBQ and a range of stall holders.
The committee are seeking stall holders with a range of products. Sites are generally located on the front lawn or upstairs in the mansion (for stalls that require air conditioning, spaces are limited). Site fee is $30 each payable either by direct debit or cheque preferably before the day.
