Elders wanted for photography series by Tanya Friend

Do you know any elders in your community that would love to be
photographically recorded for future generations? Your Mum, Dad,
grandparent, aunt, uncle? Then this opportunity might be for them!

Photographer Tanya Friend roams across parts of Australia and captures elderly characters and their quotes on film for her beautiful series 'A Breed of Their Own'.

Tanya is coming to the Jerilderie area mid-May and is hoping to record some
old souls. She is looking for elderly folks (75+) from the region with stories in their faces and lives. Hardworking groundbreakers to gentle grandfolk - the 'Albert Faceys' who think nothing of their own stories but will mean so much to future
generations.
