The Griffith Regional Art Gallery is hosting a coloured jewellery making workshop for kids on Thursday 20th September, 4pm - 6pm.
The workshop will be held at the Griffith Regional Art Gallery, participation is $20 each.
Explore shape, colour and form to create wearable jewellery pieces. This workshop is designed for 8 - 12 year olds who are wanting to have some fun!
Kristy-Lee completed her Bachelor of Arts (Jewellery) at Charles Sturt University Wagga Wagga in 2012 and has practiced jewellery making as a career since. She has been an active part of both Australia’s contemporary and fashion jewellery industry since receiving the first Graduate Residency at Squarepeg Studios in 2013 as well as interning for fashion label Petite Grand which lead to a 5 year stint working as a jeweller for the company.
In the past 2 years her main focus has turned to developing and promoting her own jewellery label Kristy-lee Jewellery.
